HR Specialist, TopLine Federal Credit Union

Nick is a Human Resources Specialist with TopLine Federal Credit Union, a Minnesota-based not-for-profit and member-owned financial services cooperative. Nick’s role is to work with all of the company’s hiring managers to find great talent for open positions as well as oversee new hire on-boarding to ensure each candidate gets off to a great start. Since the field of human resources can take on many forms, Nick encourages any interested students to spend some time shadowing or interning in different environments to see where you can envision yourself thriving.
